-
Reduced Inflammation: CBD is a potent anti-inflammatory, addressing the source of pain in conditions like arthritis and joint pain.
-
Neuroprotective Effects: It may help manage nerve-related pain (neuropathy) by reducing signals in the nervous system
-
Muscle Relaxation: CBD oil may aid in recovery, reducing muscle tension and soreness.

Dry Brushing
Key benefits of dry brushing include:
-
Lymphatic Support The lymphatic system relies on movement to help filter waste and fight infection, as it doesn't have a pump like the heart. Dry brushing helps encourage the movement of lymph fluid toward the lymph nodes, supporting the body's natural detoxification process.
-
Stress Relief and Invigoration The rhythmic, massage-like motion can be a meditative and calming experience, helping to relieve stress and reduce muscle tension. Many people also report feeling energized and more awake after a session, making it a popular morning ritual.
-
Temporary Reduction in Cellulite Appearance While it cannot eliminate cellulite entirely (which is caused by underlying structural tissue), the increased blood flow and temporary plumping of the skin may help to diminish its visible appearance.
-
Improved Circulation The brisk, sweeping motions of the brush stimulate blood flow to the skin's surface, which brings oxygen and nutrients to the skin cells and creates a healthy-looking glow
