Level I: Is just beginning their journey as a Licensed Massage Therapist.
Level II: Has several years experience and a variety of developing skills.
Level III: This therapist has many, many years of experience and has developed
several advanced techniques. 
A beginning Therapist is the lowest in price, while an
Advanced Therapist is the highest price.

Basalt Hot Stones Swedish Massage:

These warmed Basalt Stones are incorporated into your massage service. The stones are used as tools to help relieve stubborn tension.

Himalayan Salt Hot Stones Swedish Massage:

60 minutes

The warmed Himalayan Salt Stones have natural properties and 84 minerals to promote relaxation and enhanced circulation. The warmth helps to soothe sore muscles.

Specialty: Structural Integration (Rolfing)

75 minutes

Structural Integration require a 10 session commitment, alternating every other week or weekly. It is a unique approach of how the fascia is manipulated to realign & improve postural flexibility and movement. The body is systematically approached each session to release restrictions in the connective tissue. Potential benefits include pain relief, greater range of motion, greater ease of breathing, and an enhanced over all sense of well-being.
