Deep Tissue is a very slow process. It takes time to warm up the various layers of muscles, prior to untangling knots and adhesions. Aromatherapy, CBD, Cupping, Gua Sha, and Hot Towels are additional price.
Invigorating & Relaxing: If you are tall in stature, it is unlikely that a full body massage will be completed. A focus area, is better suited for your 60min.

2) Small tears resulting from repetitive motion, aka micro-tears, or
3) a lack of oxygen to the injured area.
Your body responds to these occurrences by producing tough, dense scar tissue in your problem areas. This scar tissue restricts healthy tissues, by preventing them from moving freely. As more scar tissue builds, your muscles weaken and become shorter, can become trapped, and the tension that is placed on the tendons might even cause tendon inflammation or tendonitis.
