Deep Tissue is a very slow process. It takes time to warm up the various layers of muscles, prior to untangling knots and adhesions.
Invigorating & Relaxing: If you are tall in stature, it is unlikely that a full body massage will be completed. A focus area, is better suited for your 60min.
