Any business who honors Renaissance Gift Cards, will not be receiving any reimbursement from Renaissance; and they do so at their own discretion.  At Lumiere Wellness Spa, we will honor these Gift Cards on the conditions that Add-Ons totaling of at least $20.oo to help cover the costs of paying a therapist to provide this free service. At the time of booking your free service, you'll be expected to prepay for the Add-Ons to hold your appointment. If you cancel within 48 hours of your appointment, you forfeit the payment of $25. and any remaining balance will be held on your account; which can be used on future appointments. Remember to bring your Renaissance Gift Card with you.; otherwise your appointment will be canceled and the $25 cancelation fee will be processed. You must have the appointment booked over the phone and not on the website. If you schedule a service via the website, you are expected to pay for the service.  No Exceptions.
