Do you offer same day services?
Sometimes. It varies from day to day. It is best to call on the day in question. Booking online isn't available for same day appointments.
What type of services do you offer?
Therapeutic, Basic Swedish, Couples, Prenatal, Sports, Deep Tissue, Reflexology, Cranial, Custom Facials, and Manual Lymph Drainage.
Why is Lumiere Wellness Spa different than other Spas?
Our therapists skills are divided by levels which determines the price of a Basic Swedish and other services.
$50 + Level I, Therapist: New LMT from 0 - 1 years of practical experience, usually no new continuing education certifications
$65+ Level II: 1 - 6 years of experience, and at least 1 certification
$75+ Level III: 7 - 13 years of experience and at least 2 certifications
$90 + Level IV: 14 + years, and at least 3 certifications

Do you require a membership to schedule ongoing appointments?
No, we do not require a membership to schedule frequent service appointments. Nor do we offer a point system to earn rewards towards free or discounted services. Our prices are already below the norm, so you don't need to pay for jacked - up prices to gain points.
What is your Cancellation Policy?
Three days prior to your scheduled service, you'll receive a confirm or reschedule notice. If you confirm, but then want to cancel two day to appointment, it is a $25 cancelation fee, per therapist. Unfortunately, if you wait until the day of your appointment it is a $50 fee, per therapist.

STAN: GroupOn Couples Massage Option 1 - Scalp:Stan is very knowledgeable and I could tell he know exactly what muscles needed to be worked. And it was really important for him to focus on the areas I mentioned were giving me trouble.
